All routing and network services are up to date. We will provide a detailed service update. The root cause of the outage was a power event at the data center.

BGP routing and failover have been restored. We are currently addressing the load balancer issue (web app access) but OWA, Exchange, and everything else has been restored back to normal service.

We are experiencing a network issue with our primary global BGP routing. ExchangeDefender is still scanning and delivering mail but all other services are unreachable.
